Overview

Medical Resume is the flagship feature of SATUSEHAT Mobile. As an ecosystem, SATUSEHAT contains various health data and healthcare facilities from across Indonesia, and the primary utilization of this data integration is to produce health history data that can be accessed at any time by people in Indonesia. Therefore, the Medical Resume feature becomes a main achievement of SATUSEHAT's existence.

Background

Medical Record feature development became a long journey at my company. There were many sprints and iterations executed. In this writing, I want to capture some of my contributions in several iterations and developments in this medical record feature, including Medication Dispensing and Integration with e-prescription

Goals

  1. Allow SSM users to view national e-prescription document data, including the national e prescription number and QR code.
  2. Enable SSM users to download the national e-prescription QR code image.
  3. Enable SSM users to view the list of prescribed medications

Scope

These general objectives were then broken down into more specific coverage areas for each role within the team. As a Product Designer, I am responsible for :

  1. Designing wireframes and design prototypes for the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of this prescription portal.

Design Solution

Access to prescription medicine

When users have finished their treatment, they can directly access the SATUSEHAT Mobile app and check the prescription medicine that has been given on the corresponding visit card. In the design, all prescription information can be displayed comprehensively and users can adjust the length of information they want to see (by pressing the arrow button to minimise or maximise the prescription information), in addition users can see the details of the prescribed medicine by pressing the name of the medicine.
